Who are these incognito celebs heading to the Met Gala 2023?

We’re sure they’re drop-dead gorgeous.

An A-lister concealed in what looks like a body bag has captivated Twitter as speculations swirl as to which Met Gala attendee is incognito.

Celebrities are going to great lengths to preserve their Met Gala looks before stepping onto the beige carpet this year, shielding themselves from premature paparazzi shots with umbrellas, security and even plastic wrap.

The bizarre methods of evading some snaps seem more outrageous than the outfits themselves.

On Twitter, a viral clip shows an unseen celebrity leaving the Carlyle Hotel, cocooned in plastic wrap and carried by entourage, stowing them away in a black car before speeding off to fashion’s biggest night.

Multiple users speculate it could be Doja Cat, while others claim it’s Anna Oxa, Taylor Swift or Lady Gaga.

“IM CRYING,” tweeted one user in response.

“She’s ready to serve,” another chimed in.

“BIG REVEAL INCOMING,” championed someone else.

“Its giving Gaga in tha cocoon,” wrote another.

While their suspicions went unconfirmed, Doja Cat, true to herself, did show up on the carpet paying homage to Karl Lagerfeld’s beloved kitty Choupette.

Her sleek gown featured a shimmering hood donned with cat ears and a train of feathers that bared a striking resemblance to the late designer’s favored feline. The music artist even has a prosthetic cat-like schnoz fashioned for her face.

Another viral clip from this evening showed an unseen celebrity – assumed to also be Doja Cat – shrouded by black umbrellas and guarded by security while leaving The Mark Hotel, mere blocks away from the gala.

As the A-lister snubbed paparazzi, a chorus of “boo”s echoed from the sea of photographers, videographers and fans after the anonymous celeb refused to show their face.
