Saweetie stuns in sequins at NYFW

Saweetie was breast dressed at LaQuan Smith’s sizzling show. 

The “My Type” rapper rolled up in the designer’s titillating red sequin cutout gown that revealed her back and tummy, and was just a few spangles away from a wardrobe malfunction.  

“I’m all for showing a little boob,” said the Grammy-nominated artist, who sat in the front row at Monday’s runway extravaganza on the Lower East Side, along with Smith fans Mary J. Blige, Babyface, Quinta Brunson, Fabolous, Yvonne Orji and Laverne Cox. 

The following night, the 30-year-old hitmaker hosted the MTV Video Music Awards red carpet pre-show in Newark, wearing a pink rhinestone-studded dress adorned with giant bones, which she licked for the cameras. She then changed into a corseted baby blue minidress to introduce a Stray Kids performance on stage.

After posing for photographers on Smith’s catwalk, Saweetie told Alexa that she is getting into acting. “Before the strike happened, I was a part of a couple of projects, so I’m really excited about that. I filmed one of them, it’s T.V.”

She’s also putting her soul into an upcoming debut studio album. “I know it’s been hella years, but that’s what I’m working on. Girl, it’s gonna come out when it come out.”

As for her heart, she’s rumored to be dating influential California rapper YG. The hot couple was photographed canoodling in a pool during a romantic vacation in Cabo San Lucas this spring. Meanwhile, YG and Tyga feature on her sparkly new single, Birthday, which dropped in July.

Saweetie sidestepped discussing her bae. 

“Do we speak of these things?” she asked with a smile. “You nosy posy rosy!”

“I’m very happy with my … life. I’m just happy, girl.”
