Ryan Reynolds says Wrexham pro greets Blake Lively shirtless

No shirt, no speaking to Blake Lively.

That’s the rule Ryan Reynolds has attempted to enforce with Wrexham AFC’s Ollie Palmer, with the club’s co-owner alleging Tuesday on the “Fearless In Devotion” podcast how the star striker has tried to chat up Lively — Reynolds’ wife of 10 years — shirtless.

“Every time we’ve come as a family and stuff, we’ll walk down to the locker room and Ollie’s the first guy that walks out of that dressing room completely shirtless to have a conversation with my wife,” the 46-year-old Reynolds said with a smile.

“I’m always like, ‘Ollie, put a f–king shirt on and come back out like a gentleman.’”

Reynolds, who purchased the Welsh club with “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” star Rob McElhenney for $2.5 million in 2020, added how Palmer is “one of the best guys we know.”

The 31-year-old Palmer signed with Wrexham in January 2022.

The striker, whose transfer was featured in the “Welcome to Wrexham” docu-series, was third on the team with 12 goals this past season.

It’s an exciting time for the Wrexham organization, which won the National League title in April and earned a promotion to English Football’s League Two.

“Everything I own smells like champagne, beer and grass. I’m still somewhere between giggling and sobbing,” Reynolds tweeted at the time. “This town and this sport is one of the most romantic things on earth. Thank you, @Wrexham_AFC.”

The club then continued its victory lap in Las Vegas.

Lively, 35, has supported Reynolds’ journey with Wrexham and even got chummy with the club’s supporters in March.

When asked by a fan if she could send a video message to his girlfriend, Stephanie, the “Gossip Girl” alum playfully responded, “Hi Stephanie, you should leave him. What?!”
