Pregnant Utah mom Elisabeth Tracy found safe after vanishing with her 4 kids

A pregnant Utah mom who went missing with her four children has been found safe.

Elisabeth Tracy, 35, who is six-months pregnant, was located by police around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, the Carbon County Sheriff’s Office announced.

Authorities had “no details” to release yet on where and how the mom of four was found.

Tracy and her children — ages 1, 3, 7 and 9 — were last seen driving southbound in a 2013 Dodge Journey in Layton, near Salt Lake City, at around 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

Police said that they had footage of Tracy packing bags and her kids up to leave and said she “left under her own pretenses.”

“Obviously, it is still concerning because we have a mom taking her kids out of the house without talking to anyone,” Layton Police Sgt. Clint Bobrowski told KSL when the family first vanished.

Tracy’s family asked for the public’s help on social media while she and the children were missing.
