‘Miracle’ woman, 20, in critical condition after surviving seven-story fall off building

A 20-year-old woman is currently in critical condition after falling from a seven-story building in Melbourne.

Tominey Reid’s parents received a devastating call about the incident, which occurred at 1.30 a.m., stating that she had fallen approximately 21 meters to the ground.

The young woman went under several lifesaving surgeries at Melbourne’s Alfred Hospital after miraculously surviving the plunge.

Her family said hospital staff described her survival as a “miracle,” and acknowledged that the road to recovery will be long and challenging.

Tominey’s father Brad shared the news of her accident on Facebook.

“After the longest week of lifesaving surgeries she has miraculously defied the odds and [is] still with us,” he wrote on Saturday.

“She has the biggest fight ahead of her but is one of the strongest people I know and is ready for this fight! T-Bomb will come out of this stronger than ever!”

Kirstin Small, Tominey’s aunt, created a GoFundMe page to support the family throughout the difficult period.

As of Monday the family have raised over $43,500, edging closer to their goal of $50,000.
