I’ve been blond, brunette and a redhead — I get hit on most as this

It turns out redheads have more fun.

A TikToker who has experimented with different hair colors revealed that she was treated vastly differently depending on hues.

User @peralixs, who has been blond, brunette and a redhead, claimed that she was “treated the best” when she had long brunette hair, but experienced the worst treatment with “short, unnatural hair.”

When she was blond, the TikToker said she was “mansplained” to the most.

However, it was with red hair that the TikToker found she was most likely to get hit on.

“Green and pink are probably the worst experiences I’ve had in customer service,” she also cheekily noted in the caption.

Users agreed, with many relating to the TikToker’s experience.

“Red hair got me so much attention despite looking like a little boy in that era,” a user commented.

“As someone who has had BRIGHT red hair for over a year this is very real and true,” agreed another, with one more concurring, “men used to foam at the mouth at my red hair.”

In February, a Canadian hair stylist went viral after posting a video detailing her theories about what hair color men like the most while also commenting on how people treat you differently with each one.

“When I was blond, it was the most male attention that I’ve ever got,” Sarah, who goes by the username @sarahelizxbeth online, admitted at the beginning of the nearly three-minute clip.

“I felt like with blond hair I got looked down on a lot by men,” she explained. “And a lot of, like, really stinky, gross men thought that they could, like, take advantage of me, and being blond was not good with the men.”

As a brunette, Sarah said she still received some male attention — but nowhere near as much as she did when she was blond — further claiming that men did not look at her “at all” with multicolored hair.

Now, Sarah has red hair and said she has met a better “quality” of men — including a love connection.

“The quality of dudes that I’ve got with red hair is impeccable,” she gushed. “I met the love of my life with red hair.”
