I’m a diet coach — this is the ultimate motivation for chubby guys to get fit

Lose some girth — gain some length.

A ripped diet coach says men can add visible inches to their penis simply by shedding unwanted weight.

Chris Cavallini, founder, and CEO of Nutrition Solutions, says chubby guys suffer from “buried penis syndrome,” whereby the full length of the organ is concealed by fat and tissue surrounding the pubic area.

“The gut swallows it,” the health guru graphically proclaimed during a recent interview with South West News Service.

“From a male perspective, our confidence is very much wrapped up in our physicality and our bodies, and that area is something we all take a lot of pride in,” Cavallini explained.

“The cool part is, when you get in better shape, you can actually add inches to your penis,” he optimistically claimed. “For every 30 pounds of excess fat you lose, you’ll gain an inch of visible penis.”

Cavallini says the news shocks many of his clients, causing them to increase the intensity of their workouts and diligently stick to healthy meal plans.

“As you can imagine, this can be a really strong motivator for men when they understand this to be the case,” he stated.

“Hopefully it compels them to start being a little bit more mindful about the food they’re putting in their body and the exercise that they’re getting.”

According to the website for the Penuma Penile Implant, Cavallini’s claims are correct.

The website states: “Men can gain 1 inch of penis length for every 30-50 lbs they lose, [but] the catch of the relationship between weight loss and penis size is your current weight.

“You won’t see any gains in length if you are of average weight and manage to shed 30 lbs,” the site explained. “This really only provides a noticeable visual gain for significantly overweight or obese men.”

Meanwhile, Cavallini, who had brushes with the law before launching Nutrition Solutions in 2012, said he’s managed to thrive in the face of adversity and now wants to help other men.

“I was arrested over 20 times throughout my life. I came from nothing. I was in and out of foster homes. I spent time on the street and was able to figure it out,” he declared.

“I was able to figure out how to go from being somebody with multiple felonies on my record to becoming a multi-millionaire. So when I hear people making the excuse that they can’t work out, they don’t have the time to eat healthy, they can’t lose 10 to 15 pounds, I just think it’s absolutely ridiculous.”

Cavallini says he wants to change his clients lives — and possibly their underwear size, too.

Cavallini says she loathes a “victim” mindset and encourages his clients to believe that they are worthy of the best.

“It’s only when you’re able to change your thinking are you able to actually and effectively and sustainably change your life,” he declared.

And, possibly, your penis size, too.
