I had toe-shortening surgery — haters say I have ‘Gremlin feet’ now

The results of this surgery are seriously toe-curling.

A TikToker has been mercilessly mocked for having a “toe-shortening” procedure — with haters saying it now looks like she has “Gremlin feet.”

The content creator, known only as Athena, underwent the surgery in Miami last month, after struggling with her self-confidence because of her long and crooked toes.

“My toes were a big insecurity for me, especially when I wore heels,” Athena explained. “It wasn’t cute, so I found the solution and took the chance.”

In a video posted Nov. 11, the brunette revealed she successfully underwent the operation, with her surgeon excitedly unveiling a seemingly more pho-toe-genic foot shape.

The TikToker’s tootsies were still swollen after the “minimally invasive” procedure — but trolls took the opportunity to immediately attack Athena over the results.

“RAVENCLAW” one hater howled, implying that the Floridian’s feet now looked like claws.

According to foot and ankle surgeon Dr. Neal Blitz — who did not perform this procedure —  toe-shortening surgery usually involves either joint resection (arthroplasty) or bone mending (fusion) and it can take up to six weeks for swelling to subside.

On Dec. 6, Athena shared a follow-up video showing how her feet looked three weeks after the operation.

Although she clarified that they were still swollen, critics quickly piled on, leaving a load of nasty comments.

“Now you got Gremlin feet,” one quipped before another chimed in: “This HAS TO BE A JOKE.”

“They [the toes] looked better before,” another stated. “They balanced out your wide feet. Now it just looks like [you have] cavemen feet.”

“YABBA DABBA DOOO!” a fourth troll mocked, claiming Athena’s feet looked like they were from “The Flintstones” cartoon.

However, Athena has refused to bow down to the bullies, and insists that the procedure is “the best thing she’s ever done.”

The TikToker has also attracted a slew of supporters who say she is certainly putting her best foot forward.

“If you are happy with how it looks that’s all that matters!!” one declared.

“They look great!” a second stated. “I don’t know why people are hating.”
