I gave birth to my son, got an IUD — and got pregnant again

She’s a double whammy mommy.

When new mom Allanah Harris left the hospital last spring, cradling then-newborn son Chase, she thought it’d be her last time seeing the inside of the labor and delivery unit for a while — especially since she was on birth control.

But little did she know she’d be right back on the bed, birthing her second daughter a few months later.

“Me leaving the hospital excited not to be pregnant anymore,” penned Harris, 30, on the closed caption of a viral TikTok video with more than 24.7 million views.

The Australia-based mother kicks off her popular post with snippets of herself escorting a swaddled Chase home.

“Falls pregnant right away,” she adds in the in-text of the clip, which transitions to a shot of her now-1-year-old son snuggling her newborn daughter, Ellie, who she and husband Brock welcomed this April.

Over 11,000 stunned commentators penned frightened yet lighthearted remarks like “Damn, y’all couldn’t wait?” and “Not claiming this energy!”

And Harris, admitting to being taxed by the extreme physical feat, wrote: “Three back-to-back pregnancies has me done!” in the caption of the footage.

In a separate post — which has fetched more than 3.7 million views — the blonde explained that she and Brock, who has a 5-year-old son from a previous relationship, got pregnant on their first date two years ago.

She revealed that her first pregnancy was “complicated,” which forced her into early delivery. Tragically, the baby, a girl named Lily, was stillborn.

But Harris became pregnant with Chase a “few weeks later,” and welcomed him in April 2021 — just nine months after Lily’s passing.

Elsewhere, Harris cheekily revealed to her over 341,000 followers that after giving birth to Chase, her doctor allegedly suggested she have an IUD implanted into her uterus to prevent another pregnancy.

Harris claims she followed her doctor's advice on how to prevent pregnancy after Chase was born.

Harris proudly calls her kids "Irish twins," because they were born a year apart. But she often refers to her brood, including her late daughter, "Irish triplets" due to her back-to-back-to-back pregnancies.

“‘The IUD is the best form of contraception,’” she claims her physician advised. “‘Plus you’re breastfeeding, so you’re less likely to fall pregnant,’” Harris added as in-video text before revealing herself holding baby Ellie — sassily proving that the doc’s advice didn’t help.

Online, she often refers to her trio of little ones “Irish triplets,” honoring her late Lily as one of the sweet bunch.

And despite being busy juggling a 1-year-old and an infant, Harris said she “wouldn’t change a thing” about her back-to-back brood.

“Whenever I go out I am always told that I’ve got my hands full,” she captioned a clip of her babies sleeping side by side, noting that she’s often “judged” for the extremely slim gap in their ages.

“Yes, my hands may be full, but my heart is even fuller,” she said.
