Halle Berry rocks Storm-style hair at Critics’ Choice Awards 2022

A storm’s coming.

Halle Berry lit up the red carpet at the 2022 Critics’ Choice Awards on Sunday, sporting white-blond hair reminiscent of her “X-Men” character, Storm.

The “Bruised” actress, 55, wore her hair buzzed on one side and swooped into a long pixie cut on the other.

She wore a white Mônot bustier corset with a Dolce & Gabbana black blazer and matching trousers, and topped off the look with stunning emerald and diamond earrings from Samer Halimeh.

Berry even coordinated with boyfriend Van Hunt, who wore a white jacket with black lapels and black pants and also accessorized with an emerald pin on his collar.

The star accepted the SeeHer Award, which is given to a woman who advocates for gender equality, portrays characters with authenticity, defies stereotypes and pushes boundaries.

“I’ve been in the business for 30 years and I used to think that if I could play the part of a white man, that I was winning. But you know what? Want to know why that didn’t work? Because if you didn’t know, I’m not a white man,” she said as part of an emotional speech.

Berry continued, “To every little girl who feels unseen and unheard: this is our way of saying to you we love you and we see you and you deserve every good thing in this world.”
