Groom’s mother roasted for wearing mini dress to church wedding

Something borrowed, something boob.

A mother-of-the-groom was slammed online after reportedly attending her son’s wedding in a very revealing black mini dress, complete with a floor-length overskirt.

A recent — and anonymous — bride posted a photo of the alleged display on Reddit under the “Wedding Shaming” forum.

The photo — which leaves all three parties faceless — shows the bride standing next to her scantily clad, cleavage-baring mother-in-law alongside her new husband.

Since being posted to the forum — which contains 503,000 users — it has racked up nearly 400 comments, many trashing or poking fun at the insensitive relative for her skimpy dress.

“I think the MIL has a phenomenal body but this is not appropriate wear for her son’s wedding,” chimed in one user. “She looks like she’s going to prom.”

“It’s black though, like she’s going to a sexy funeral,” another noted.

“It’s the low low cut, high leg ‘look at me’ style of the dress. It just feels super cringe,” one other naysayer noted.

“At least is not white,” someone else offered, while a seemingly impressed fan added: “We love a goth queen.”

However, yet another commenter pointed out that wearing black to a wedding goes all the way back to ancient Greece.

“From the myth of Demeter who lost her daughter to hades in marriage and mourns the loss of her daughter,” revealed one user. “Don’t think the tradition is practiced today but here is your fun classics fact for the day!”
