Goldman Sachs analyst John Castic seen on video leaving Brooklyn Mirage before death

Surveillance video captured the young Goldman Sachs analyst leaving a concert at Brooklyn Mirage shortly before he went missing Saturday – three days before his body was pulled from the waters of Newtown Creek.

John Castic, 27, is seen in the footage posted by WPIX wearing a light-colored floral shirt and khaki pants as he walks past a pizza-vending vehicle on the night he vanished after he left the Bushwick nightclub.

The Lower Manhattan resident disappeared about 3 a.m. after a performance by electronic music group Zeds Dead, according to police and his pal Sara Kostecka.

On Tuesday, his body was recovered less than a mile from where he went missing, after a man noticed a bloated, shirtless body floating in the English Kills, a branch of the East River tributary, near 1100 Grand St.

The body had no obvious signs of trauma, apart from drowning, according to police sources.

Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO David Solomon mourned the loss of the “dedicated, driven member” of the investment bank’s controllers team.

“We are all shocked and saddened to learn of John’s tragic passing,” he said in a statement.

“Our thoughts are with his mother Dawn, his father Jeff, and his entire family at this very difficult time. John will be deeply missed by his Goldman Sachs family,” Solomon added.

William Sullivan, a 31-year-old financier, said Castic wasn’t alone at the concert but left on his own after he began feeling unwell.

“It was late, the concert was almost over, and he decided to call an Uber and just leave,” he said. “We don’t know if he got in [though] … We just wish we knew more, had some video or something of how he ended up in the water.”

It’s the second time recently that a man disappeared near The Brooklyn Mirage and was found dead in the same creek.

Karl Clemente, also 27, was turned away from the venue on June 11 – and found dead in Newtown Creek a few days later, sources have said.

It was unclear if either man was the victim of foul play, though sources said Clemente’s death did not appear to be suspicious.

Cooper Robinson was at the nightclub during the performance attended by Castic.

“I’m in the music community that he’s a part of, and it’s really frightening the fact that this is happening to people at our doorstep to people and there is no cause,” Robinson told WPIX.

“I don’t know what the police are doing or the investigation, but it’s the second time in two months and it’s horrifying,” he added.
