Gen Z women are embracing large breasts in latest body positivity trend

A new body-positive trend is taking over social media that aims to make fashion more inclusive for women with big boobs.

The fashion industry has always been notoriously exclusive and social media has become a massive way for women to push for it to be more representative of everyday women.

The last few years have been about seeing more body representation in fashion.

There have been loud conversations about brands expanding their size range and the rise of the plus-size influencer.

More recently, there’s been a rise in the mid-sized influencer.

A mid-sized influencer usually wears between sizes 10-14, with a growing number of popular social media users fitting this description.

It is clear that women want fashion to focus on women who look like them.

The latest trend taking off on TikTok is big-breasted women reclaiming their space in fashion.

Any woman with big boobs will be able to tell you how painful it is to find clothes that actually fit.

You constantly have to upsize so you can do the buttons up on your shirt, you’re always disappointed when you try and recreate a Hailey Bieber look and that strapless top makes your heavy bust look like a shelf.

It’s an epidemic and, while body inclusivity is becoming more of a thing in fashion, there’s still not much for bust representation.

Sure there are stars like Sydney Sweeney that are helping pop culture representation but it is the creators on TikTok that are here to save the day.

Plenty has been going viral for recreating celebrity fashion looks on a big bust or showing women how they can try a new fashion trend with bigger boobs.

Brisbane creator Cassie Brim often goes viral for recreating fashion looks she sees on celebrities or on Pinterest, showing how the outfit can work on a bigger bust.

She’s amassed millions of likes on TikTok and what sets her apart from the saturated fashion influencer market is that she excels in creating chic looks that suit a larger bust.

“You have a larger chest and are struggling to find cute outfits,” she wrote in a TikTok that has amassed thousands of views.

“I feel seen,” someone commented.

“I need this account,” another praised.

“Yes, please help me,” a woman begged.

Her whole TikTok identity shows that you can look fashionable, and chic and also have a big chest.

It is a message that so many women have been waiting to hear.

Similarly, Australian Influencer Carmen Azzopardi is a fashion creator who posts outfits, usually with the hashtag big bust approved, to highlight that the look can work for women with bigger breasts.

She’s also started a TikTok series called ‘Trust or Bust’ where she tries on tops and outfits to see if they work for women with larger chests.

“I am going to help you clothes, brands, and swimwear that fit you and look great,” she claims in one of her videos.

The idea is to make women with big busts not feel excluded from mainstream fashion and it is clearly resonating because she has millions of likes on the platform.

“I’m happily obsessed with your content,” someone commented.

“Thank you, I needed this,” another praised.

The trend is proof that being big-busted doesn’t mean you can’t also be chic and fashionable.
