“If you like to meal prep like I do, grab some breast milk bags and fill up your liquids,” Kates wrote in the caption of her video, which showed her pouring almond milk into a breastmilk pouch, sealing the bag tight, and turning it upside down.

The Post reached out to Kates for comment.

The TSA’s 3-1-1 rule — which was enacted in 2006 following a failed terrorist plot to detonate liquid explosives on transatlantic flights — says a traveler’s collection of 3.4-ounce carry-on liquids must fit into a single 1-quart bag.

The requirement covers toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, body spray, mouthwash, lotions, and even snow globes.

For their part, Kates’ followers thanked her for her pointer.

“You just showed me an entire new world. Loved this,” one TikToker gushed.
