Dust devil adds a ‘twist’ to this soccer game (Video)

A small upward whirlwind — also known as a dust devil — spun through a local soccer match in Achocalla, Bolivia. Video of the wild weather shows one player’s jacket flying into the air as it crossed the field, interrupting the game.
