CS Disco CEO Kiwi Camara loses $110 million after ‘groping employee’

A tech CEO and Harvard prodigy forfeited a $110 million pay package after he abruptly quit the firm he founded following accusations that he assaulted a female employee and shoved meat into her face.

Kiwi Camara, CEO of Austin, Texas-based legal software firm CS Disco, resigned earlier this month after the company launched an investigation into allegations that he groped a young female worker at a dinner, according to a report.

The 39-year-old Camara is alleged to have shoved a piece of roasted meat into the face of the young woman during the Sept. 6 dinner, telling her to eat it “like an animal” before sexually assaulting her, the report stated.

Camara, a child prodigy who at age 19 became the youngest to ever graduate from Harvard Law School, forfeited a pay package that totaled some $110 million in stock options as a consequence of his Sept. 10 resignation, The Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday.

CS Disco’s stock price shot up by more than 10% as of 2 p.m. Eastern time on Wednesday.

Camara was the subject of a formal complaint made by a CS Disco employee who flagged his behavior around female staffers, according to The Journal.

According to anonymous individuals who spoke to The Journal, Camara surrounded himself with young female staffers.

According to an ethics complaint filed with human resources, Camara “prefers to have a house party with associates rather than a professional dinner.”

It is not known whether the company took any action against Camara in the wake of the complaint, which was filed last year, according to The Journal.

Last year, Camara introduced “the Emerging Leader Rotational Program” in which the company hired 40 new college graduates for jobs that pay roughly $80,000 a year.

During their employment at CS Disco, the new hires would rotate throughout different departments at the company, according to The Journal.

According to former company managers, Camara would often socialize with “young female ELRP associates.”

According to the report, he would arrange for them to do rotations in his office.

Camara is also reported to have arranged for weekend trips to wineries with ELRP candidates, The Journal reported.

A former ELRP raised eyebrows when Camara rented a house in the Northeast for a recruiting trip for program candidates.

“It was so weird,” an ex-ELRP associate said. “What are we? On Love Island together?”

The company has not publicly commented on the allegations. It also did not offer an explanation as to why Camara left.

The Post has sought comment from CS Disco.

As of early afternoon on Wednesday, CS Disco still had a photo of Camara on its media relations web site.

Camara is said to be one of 12 children who hails from a family of geniuses from the Philippines.

According to an online report, Camara was reading serious books at age 3, spoke to Warren Buffett about his stock portfolio at age 6, wrote a scientific paper on treatments for rheumatoid arthritis at age 11, finished an undergrad computer science and math course at age 16, and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School at age 19.

According to The Journal, Camara encouraged employees to take shots of tequila during a company-wide happy hour that was being held at CS Disco’s Austin headquarters on Sept. 6.

At the event, Camara urged a young female employee to eat a piece of roasted meat “like an animal,” according to The Journal.

He then is alleged to have invited her back to his condo after groping her and making her visibly uncomfortable, The Journal reported.

Employees who are said to have witnessed the incident reportedly intervened to stop Camara. The woman ended up leaving the event.

An incident report was submitted to the company’s head of human resources that same evening, according to The Journal.

The Post could not immediately reach Camara for comment.
