Butt-tox is NYC’s boldest new beauty treatment for ‘curious and adventurous’ Gen Zers

He’s taking Botox to a hole new level.

An aesthetic nurse practitioner says administering anal Botox is a booming business in the Big Apple as the stigma surrounding sex enhancement treatments starts to subside.

Chris Bustamante, 32, performs the procedure, which he has trademarked as “HoleTox,” at Lushful Aesthetics, a Midtown Manhattan medspa he opened two years ago.

“It’s appealing to Gen Z and millennials who are lot more curious and adventurous when it comes to enhancing their sex lives with unconventional methods,” Bustamante, 32, told The Post in an interview.

Most clients undergoing the $900 procedure are aged between 25 and 40, and around 30% of them fly in from out of state specifically for the treatment.

The procedure, designed for people who receive anal sex, takes just 3 minutes to complete and alleviates discomfort for those who have a “tight anatomy.” It can also aid in the healing of fissures and hemorrhoids.

“I do have female patients that do come in for it, but it’s predominantly gay men,” the nurse practitioner proclaimed.

“I’ve actually seen a couple of straight men for it who have unique sexual experiences where they have women peg them.”

At present, Bustamante performs about five of the procedures per week but expects more bookings in the coming weeks, given that Pride Month is just around the corner in June.

Meanwhile, Lushful Aesthetics is unique in the fact that around 95% of its patrons are male.

“I’ve never met anybody [who owned a medpsa] who’s had over 30% of their clientele be men,” Bustamante stated.

The most popular procedure at the practice is penis filler, which can cost up to $10,000, depending on how many units are used.

But for Bustamante, bigger isn’t always better.

“I look at the penis when I’m enhancing it the same way I look at a face. I’m, like, ‘Does this actually look appealing, or am I just pumping it up to make it look bigger?’” he stated.

“There is a nature to contouring, defining and refining the aesthetic of the penis, and it [requires] much more of an artistic eye than people anticipate.”

Given strong word of mouth and Lushful Aesthetics’ savvy social media marketing, Bustamante is now booking up to 25 penis filler appointments per week.

“I have your blue-collar worker who works for the city, I have your C-suite executives who are flying in from Texas, I have performers from LA coming to see me, [and] real estate investors from Miami,” he explained.

And with more men considering the once-taboo treatments, he claimed, business is likely to accelerate even faster.

“There’s no stupid questions,” Bustamante declared, saying his team helps patients field curiosities and concerns. “You’re going to get a lot of education. We have to break down a lot of barriers and myths.”
