Allison Mack seen for the first time since federal prison release

“Smallville” actor Allison Mack was spotted for the first time since being released from federal prison for her role in the Nxivm sex cult Wednesday, casually strolling outside her parents’ Los Angeles-area home.

Mack, 40, wore a white long sleeve shirt and black pants as she stepped inside the house accompanied by her parents, Mindy and Johnathan Mack.

The long pants conveniently hid the ankle monitor she has to wear as part of her deal to be released from prison.

The actor was released from the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California this week — just in time to celebrate July 4th at home — after serving less than two years behind bars for her role as a “slave master” under Nxivm leader Keith Raniere.

Mack — who surrendered in September 2021 — was released 14 months early for good behavior. She will now serve another three years under supervised release.

Mack cut a deal with the feds to avoid a much heftier sentence, which could have been as high as 17 and a half years by agreeing to testify against NXIVM leader Keith Raniere.

In the end, she was never called to the witness stand during the Svengali-like cult guru’s trial, but her evidence and that of others helped secure a conviction against Raniere, 62, who was ultimately sentenced to 120 years behind bars.

While part of NXIVM – which masqueraded as a self-help foundation – the group’s victims were subjected to branding and starvation and forced to have sex with Raniere and to carry out tasks for its leaders.

The women endured the treatment in part because the leaders kept “collateral” like nude photos of them.

Mack was sentenced in 2021 to a three-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to racketeering and conspiracy to commit extortion and forced labor charges.

She had admitted in a 2017 interview with Vanessa Grigoriadis that she joined the upstate cult because Raniere had promised to make her a star again.

Mack’s ex-wife, “Battlestar Galactica” actress Nicki Clyne, was also a part of Raniere’s inner circle and was in a 10-year relationship with him. She was not charged in the case.

Mack’s lawyers did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
