‘Just take me to jail,’ NJ man caught sitting on police cruiser with meth pipe begs cops

A New Jersey man was caught sitting on the hood of an unmarked police cruiser with a meth pipe – and begged cops to lock him up, authorities said Thursday.

Cody Zeigler, 27, was perched on top of the cop car in the parking lot of the Hackettstown Police Department headquarters around 11 a.m. Wednesday when an officer confronted him, police said.

“Just take me to jail,” Zeigler pleaded, according to police.
