These are the five body parts you’re not washing enough

A doctor is getting down and dirty with TikTok followers over their lack of hygiene: It’s “navel” warfare.

Dr. Jen Caudle, who has racked up nearly 90,000 loyal followers and more than 1.3 million likes on the platform, recently posted a video sharing the Top 5 areas people don’t wash enough — starting with the belly button.

“That’s right, a lot of guys don’t wash their belly button at all,” she declares in the now-viral clip, which already has over 1 million views mere days after being posted.

“Guys, it gets gross! Please wash your belly button,” pleads Caudle, a k a the self-proclaimed “America’s family doctor.”

She then gives her followers an earful on the next body part they don’t wash nearly enough — their ears.

“The top of the ear, behind this little area here, the back and also the lobe,” she explains.

“I want you to specifically wash that area. If you rub your ear, you smell it and it’s gross, you haven’t washed it recently,” she continues.

Next, she points her finger at people for not properly washing their nails.

“This is where a lot of dirt and grossness gets trapped,” she explains. “We don’t often think about it!”

The fourth thing she simply can’t stand is when people don’t wash their legs.

“Yes, you actually need to wash your legs,” she says.

“I’m not talking about letting that soap run down your legs in the shower, I’m talking about washing!”

And the final way people can put their best foot forward in embracing cleanliness is by washing their toes.

“Get in between those toes,” she urges. “You want to make sure you’re preventing infections of many sorts. Make sure you’re deliberately washing your toes!”

Some of her followers appreciated her for getting down to the nitty-gritty about cleanliness, though several of them expressed resistance.

“Who DOESN’T wash these parts? I thought that we were all grown here!!” said one.

“I don’t like my belly button touched lol it makes me nauseous and lightheaded,” added another.

“I be forgetting to wash my bellybutton,” someone chimed in.

“I find it sad this has to be said,” another expressed.
